IF ARRIVING BETWEEN 5 A.M. and 11 P.M. – enter in Joint Base Anacostia Bolling and click on the option that shows Chappie James Blvd EXIT 1 (Naval Research Lab/Blue Plains) off of I-295. (PLEASE NOTE THIS GATE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. YOU WILL NEED TO ACCESS THE BASE USING EXIT 2)

IF ARRIVING BETWEEN 11 P.M. and 5 A.M. – enter in Joint Base Anacostia Bolling and click on the option that shows Mac Dill Road using EXIT 2 (Malcolm X) off of I-295. Once inside the gate, follow the signs or call the front desk 202-563-6950 for directions to the facility.
